The Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17, Board of Directors, has adopted the 2021 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). This adoption represents an update from the 2015 edition and goes into effect immediately. WCID No. 17 has published new local amendments to the 2021 UPC and they can be viewed here.
