Notice is hereby given pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 395, that the Board of Directors of Travis County Water Control & Improvement District No. 17 will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting, open to the public, on April 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at 3812 Eck Lane, Austin, Texas 78734. The hearing will be held, where the purpose of the hearing is to review and discuss the proposed wastewater rates for the District. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the updates. A copy of the proposed wastewater rates are available for public viewing on the WCID No. 17’s website at https://www.wcid17.org/rates-fees/
