Acceptable Items for Collection
Services that ARE covered for collection, hauling, or disposal of:
- Garbage – Refuse or vegetable matter, cans, bottles, sacks, clothes, and any other household waste.
- Brush – All brush bundled are not to exceed (5) feet in length, (4) inch diameter, or weigh more than 40 pounds.
- Bulky Waste – Refrigerators and Freezers with a certification report that CFCs have been removed. Washing machines, hot water heaters, dish washers, stoves, and other household appliances.
There is a maximum of only three (3) Bulky Items or Bundles once per week as part of the regular collection service; provided, that the Bulky Items or Bundles are:
- They are placed at the curbside or right of way adjacent to the Residential Unit Customer no later than 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day.
- Are reasonably contained, and;
- Do not exceed two (2) cubic yards in total volume, five (5) feet in length, four (4) inches in diameter for Bundles, or have any individual item exceeding forty (40) pounds in weight.
Excluded Items
Services That ARE NOT covered for collection, hauling, or disposal of:
- Animals or Humans
- Auto Parts
- Concrete
- Dirt
- Gravel
- Hazardous Waste
- Rocks or Sand
- Used Tires

Customers may negotiate a specific or individual agreement with the Service Provider on an individual basis regarding the collection, hauling, or disposal of:
Auto Parts
Concrete
Dirt
Gravel Rocks
Sand
Payment arrangements for specific or individual agreements for the previously listed bulk items must be made directly with the service provider.
