The District’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) includes the Chief Executive Officer & General Manager Jason Homan, Chief Operating Officer Joe Kunz and Chief Financial Officer Veronica Ellis.
The mission of the ELT is to articulate purpose, set a clear and actionable strategy for achieving that purpose, and most importantly motivate and empower the District’s employees to succeed through clear communications partnered with actionable strategic planning.
