Final Reading:

  • The District will take a final meter reading on the disconnection day and turn off the service. For our meter reading schedule and due dates, please view the details here.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds under $1.00 will not be processed.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for water and wastewater service charges until the District receives notice of service termination.

Important Information for Builders and Contractors

All builders and contractors must ensure that:

  • All required inspections are completed.
  • All permits are properly closed out.

If a builder or contractor does not notify the District to terminate service — and the homeowner has not submitted a service application — the builder or contractor remains responsible for the bills, even if the homeowner is living on the property. This responsibility continues until the District receives notice of service termination.
