Customer Service Inspections

Customer Service Inspections (CSI) are one time inspections which may be required for a variety of reasons:

  • To verify fixture unit count for an existing home or business prior to connection to the District System;
  • To check for lead in plumbing or identify potential cross connections in an existing home or business which must be corrected prior to connecting to the District’s System;
  • To check plumbing at the request of a customer reporting a water problem; or
  • To check connections or plumbing because of a reported problem with septic or sewer.

Customer Service Inspections are billed as a single plumbing inspection.
