Customer Service Manager
Jasmin Eaden joined WCID No. 17 in July 2023 as Customer Service Supervisor and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in February 2024. She leads a dedicated team of professionals serving the District’s 50,000 customers.
Ms. Eaden oversees key operations within the Customer Service team, including addressing customer concerns, managing billing functions, processing service agreements and work orders, and coordinating easements, annexations, and permits. Her responsibilities also include process auditing, trend analysis, and revenue forecasting.
Before joining WCID No. 17, Ms. Eaden served as Campus Director at Austin Career Institute, where she guided students and parents through the financial aid process and informed them about available programs to support their educational goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management and a Master of Management in Organizational Leadership and Management.
