In an effort to protect the water supply for its 50,000 customers, the publicly-elected board for Travis County Water Control & Improvement District No. 17 (WCID No. 17) has approved the District’s new Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plans which call for heightened conservation goals and stricter usage restrictions to help preserve our drinking water supply.
